£9.99 a month for each of your first 10 WhatsApp numbers, then £7.99 for every number after that. Up to 3 numbers per sub-account.Billed monthly in advance for the numbers on your active sub-accounts. A number you add is charged straight away for the rest of the month; if the card is declined, the number isn’t added. A number you remove is credited to your next bill.
The free trial
7-day free trial for up to 3 WhatsApp numbers. Add your card when you start: nothing is charged for 7 days, then your card is charged automatically unless you cancel first. After that it's £9.99 a month for each of your first 10 WhatsApp numbers, then £7.99 for every number after that. Up to 3 numbers per sub-account. Billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for about 7 days. Sending continues while that happens, and a banner on your dashboard asks you to update the card.
If the subscription still ends unpaid, sending pauses until you pay.
Changing your card or cancelling
You can cancel any time from the billing portal. It takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and your numbers keep sending until then.
You add your card when the trial starts, and it is charged automatically on day 7 unless you cancel first. To use a different card, use Add a card on your dashboard's Billing page. Changing your card and cancelling are both done in the billing portal, which is available once your account is live. Until then, the pricing page has the trial and billing terms.
